Methodist Church

Dating back to 1895 and later extended in 1970, Long Hanborough Methodist Church is in the heart of Long Hanborough village with around 300 people using its facilities on a weekly basis.

In recent years the church had become increasingly difficult to use with a series of long-standing problems. After enough funds were raised, Basil Wyatt & Sons Ltd were appointed to transform it’s dated facilities.

The church was fully refurbished and solutions were found for many of the long-standing issues. The church is now well-insulated and has underfloor heating in the chapel and the other main areas of the church. New kitchen and toilet facilities and a new meeting room have also been added.

The church also has an improved entrance that complements the new facilities and provides safe, level access to the church.
